Processing Time

Once payment is received, an Order Confirmation Email would be sent to you.  Processing time is 1-3 business days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.  After the processing period is over, your shipping label will be created, and you will receive an Order Fulfillment email. Your tracking number will be inside this email so please check your spam as well. All orders are shipped off via USPS First class mail. Orders placed on the weekends will be processed within 24hrs on the next business day. The estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days once shipped.

Shipping time occurs after the processing period has finished.

  • USPS Priority Mail  (United States) 1–3 BUSINESS DAYS 
  • (International) 6-10 BUSINESS DAYS via USPS Priority Mail
  • This time does not include the processing period
  • Expect delays during sales periods & holidays. 
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We are unable to ship packages to a postal box or mailing center. A physical address is required. CUSTOM FEES may apply for international orders. Some countries will also require taxes on orders that are come in from other countries. This is a fee that you, the buyer will be responsible for. It is vital to research or have an understanding on the custom fees where you live. Some places require you to pay the fee before you can pick up your packages. Also, when the package is being held in customs it may take an additional 1-5 days for them to inspect the package.
