REFUNDS/RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS
  • REFUNDS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL as cosmetic items cannot be resold. However, if there was an error made by us (example wrong item sent) we would gladly offer you an exchange within the first 7 days of receiving your package. Please see policy on exchanges then email us at info@bajonbeauty.com and we will be happy to assist.
  • RETURNS. Returns are only accepted if the order is returned to me unopened and in the original packaging sent. Opened and Used items would not be accepted or refunded. Shipping Fees are nonrefundable. You are also responsible to pay the shipping fee to send it back.
  • Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of original purchase date. However, if your order was shipped and you did receive email confirmation with tracking number before requesting then we cannot cancel your order. Please see return policy above.

EXCHANGES
Please note exchanges are only giving if there was an error made on our end. Example - product different from what requested. Products that have been used and/or tampered with are not eligible for an exchange so please examine each item while it is still wrapped in the logo bands to make sure you are satisfied with the product. 

REFUNDS ARE ONLY OFFERED IF YOU RECEIVED SOMETHING DIFFERENT FROM WHAT YOU REQUESTED .


LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

  • We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. There is NO refund for lost/stolen packages and your order will NOT be replaced. 
  • A Tracking numbers are provided with all orders. USPS updates their system every time your package is moved. 
  • If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have you package held at your local USPS post office via USPS.COM
