Refund policy

We do not offer REFUNDS, REPLACEMENTS or EXCHANGES if you have removed any of our packaging and also process the hair in any manner (coloring, lifting, etc).
REFUNDS/RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS
• ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Hair extensions cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
• Cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of original purchase date. However, if your order was shipped and you did receive email confirmation with tracking number before requesting then we cannot cancel your order.
• Returns are only accepted when you have received the wrong textures or lengths.

RETURNS
We do not offer refunds on our products, however if there was an error made by us (example wrong length or texture) we would gladly offer you an exchange or store credit within the first 7 days of receiving your package. Please see policy on exchanges then email us at info@bajonbeauty.com and we will be happy to assist.

EXCHANGES
Please note exchanges are only giving if there was an error made on our end. Example - texture or length different from what requested. Please visit our length chart in the product shopping section to ensure that you are ordering the correct length of hair to achieve your style. Products that have been untied, washed, installed, and/or tampered with are not eligible for an exchange so please examine each bundle while it is still wrapped in the logo bands to make sure you are satisfied with the product. We recommend purchasing insurance and delivery confirmation to ensure that we safely receive your order.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
• We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. There is NO refund for lost/stolen packages and your order will NOT be replaced.
• A Tracking numbers are provided with all orders. USPS updates their system every time your package is moved. Signature is also required upon delivery.
• If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have you package held at your local USPS post office via WWW.USPS.COM
